Cocohari chocolate gems are vegan, gluten-free and nut-free handcrafted traditional Belgian-style filled chocolates made with responsibly sourced 70% dark chocolate. All ingredients are as local, fresh and sustainably-grown as possible. Shells are coloured with edible cocoa butter-based paints. Our gems are made in small batches by chocolatier Aaron Bihari, who trained as a professional chocolatier with Ecole Chocolat, earning his professional certificate with honours.
